Dr. Cliff Hanes is a Northwest native from Vancouver, WA, and his wife Mari is a native of Grants Pass, OR. Cliff and Mari have a history of anointing as pastors. They were blessed with revival growth as senior pastors of The Church of Living Water (Olympia, WA) and Westside Foursquare Church (Bend, OR). They then served as supervisors of seven states in the greater Northwest, followed by three years with Foursquare Missions in Northern Europe. Dr. Hanes then moved to Los Angeles to serve as the Vice President for I.C.F.G. and three years ago Dr. Hanes moved back to Bend to oversee the newly created Cascade District.

In the Fall of 2005  he accepted the ministry assignment from Dr. Jack Hayford to serve as Assistant Vice President of U.S. Missions. In 2008, the Hanes were appointed as the senior pastors at East Bay Fellowship Church in Danville, Ca.  Two years ago, Cliff returned to his home base in Oregon, and continues to lead mission teams and conferences, especially in Africa.

Raul is the former pastor of Centro Familiar Cristiano in Panama City, Panama where he served as senior pastor for twenty-three years. An engineer by training he also retired from U.S. Army South as a GS-13 where he oversaw the maintenance of American bases in the Canal Zone. He has been the President of the Foursquare Church of Panama as well as the Vice-President of the NAE of Panama. Recently he worked for the Billy Graham organization coordinating their efforts in South America.

In January of 2006 he was hired by Foursquare Missions International as the Project Administrator for the Department. In the last several years Raul has been a director on the Foursquare Foundation.  Currently he serves as an advisor to the Foursquare Global Council.   He resides in Panama with his wife and Anita. They have two grown sons, Tony and Rene.

Todd is the founder and senior pastor of Church of the King in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He has been in ministry for nineteen years and planted the church in Lake Charles in 2006. Church of the King has grown into a life-giving and relevant church in southwest Louisiana engaged in reaching the entire region. He met Lee while they were both enrolled in the master's degree program at Fuller Theological Seminary in 2005, and they quickly realized their similar heart to reach the world around them. They worked together while at school and have continued to partner in ministry together since that time.

Todd has been married to his wife Lisa for over twenty years, and they have four wonderful kids together. They love spending time at their family farm and enjoy fishing, hunting and exploring the outdoors.

Shannon serves on the Advisory Team of CAPAZ bringing a wide variety of experience as a church planter, prophet, counselor, and gifted speaker. For thirteen years she was an associate pastor overseeing the counseling department at Faith Center in Eugene, OR. In the Fall of 2004 she planted SouthHills Church in Eugene which grew to become a vibrant church family currently known as CitySalt Church. After turning the church over to an associate pastor in 2012, Shannon moved to Nashville with her husband Mike.

Currently, she serves on the teaching team of Church in the City and is often sought out to speak at retreats and other leadership gatherings. Shannon's passions include spending time with her grandchildren in Nashville and in Eugene, and kayaking.

Beatriz serves as a project specialist for CAPAZ. She is proudly from  the coastal city Barranquilla, Colombia. Beatriz has served the Charismatic Foursquare Church of Colombia as a financial administrator for over 23 years.

Her educational background includes graduating from the Universidad del Norte with a business degree and the Colombian Foursquare Bible Institute, "Vida"[LIFE]. Currently she resides in Bogota, and during her free time she loves watching soccer and traveling.

Virginia de Schmidt is a written translator from Colombia.  She studied at the University of El Rosario in Bogota.  Virginia is a Technical and Specialized Translator as well as being certified as an Official Translator.

As part of the Foursquare Church in Colombia, she has translated many teaching materials. During the last few years she has been committed to translate for the kingdom of God. She has translated the “Conquering Codependency” manual, discipleship booklets and her last work was the book by pastor Daniel Brown, “Embracing Grace.”

Virginia now lives in Vancouver, Canada, with her husband, enjoying their grandchildren and family.

Kurt works as an Online Marketing Specialist in Bend, Oregon. He is also an ordained assistant minister serving at Dayspring Christian Center (Terrebonne Foursquare Church).

For CAPAZ, Kurt brings a combination of marketing and ministry experience to further enhance the organization’s ability to communicate, engage, and disciple people through online tools.

He is married to a wonderful woman named Rachel, with whom they own a dog together named Rico.

Sharon Budzier has been with CAPAZ since 2008 and has a heart for world missions and intercessory prayer. As the prayer coordinator for CAPAZ, she works with Lee to develop prayer strategies among our supporters to provide the spiritual support for many key projects each year. Her hobbies included knitting and reading books.
